A few things we will not move on.
The strategy comes before the property, every time. We work out what you are actually trying to build, and the property only enters the conversation once the plan says what it needs to do.
The advice is yours. You pay a set fee for your plan, you keep it, and you can act on it however you like, with us or without us. You are paying for clear thinking, not for a product.
The session is free. The plan is a fixed fee.
The first step, a Property Wealth Mapping Session, costs you nothing. If you go on to build a full strategy with us, the plan is $2,200, and you know that before you commit to anything.
From there, if you want a hand putting the plan into action, that is Guided Growth. If we manage a new build for you, the builder pays us. If you buy on the open market, you have our analysis and support behind you. Our fee never adds to your price, and you will know what we are paid on your deal before you go ahead.

Why I do it this way.
I have spent more than twenty years in property. Long enough to work out what actually builds wealth for people on good incomes, and what just looks the part at the time.
What I kept seeing was that the difference was almost never how much someone earned. It was whether there was a plan, and whether things were done in the right order. Get that right and a good income turns into something real. Get it wrong and it can sit there for years doing very little.
So I built the kind of advice I would want my own family to get. Strategy before property. The numbers done properly. And you pay for the advice directly, so it only ever answers to you.
I have six kids. I know exactly what it means to want something solid under your family, something that does not depend on you working forever. It is what I am building for my own, and it is what I am trying to help our clients build for theirs.
